The 1200×6000 aluminum ash belt ball mill ordered by Guangxi customers in our company has been completed. The cylinder has a diameter of 1200mm and a length of 6000mm. The cylinder is made of Q235 steel plate with a thickness of 16mm after finishing. At the same time, the machine adopts large 230/80 bearing, bearing inner diameter 400mm. In terms of transmission, the machine adopts belt drive, power saving, matching a 55KW motor.
Compared with 1200×4500 aluminum ash belt mill, the grinding length of 1200×6000 aluminum ash belt is increased by 1500mm, and increasing the length of the ball mill cylinder can make the aluminum ash cleaner and obtain more pure aluminum particles during the processing of aluminum ash.
