Recently, our company for Nanyang customers planning production of stainless steel slag production line is in full swing production. Stainless steel slag is the industrial solid waste produced in the production of stainless steel, stainless steel slag often contains a large number of stainless steel particles. The extraction of stainless steel particles can achieve great economic benefits.
Stainless steel slag treatment mainly involves mechanical equipment and ball mill, shaker, jig and so on. Stainless steel slag treatment process: The material is fed into the silo by the forklift, and then the belt conveyor sends the stainless steel slag into the ball mill for grinding. The stainless steel slag processed by the ball mill is screened through the roller screen to separate the large particles and small particles of stainless steel. Clean stainless steel particles are sorted by jig for large particles, and small particles are sent to the shaking table for sorting to obtain pure fine particles of stainless steel.
The control points of this production line have three points: first, the selection of equipment; 2. Site planning; Iii. Arrangement of concentrate pool, tailings pool and sedimentation tank.
